Rautic GmbH is a Finnish-owned company established in 1984. We deliver spare parts to companies in the process industry all over the world. We are one of the leading independent import/export technical wholesale companies.
Our mission is to supply high-quality spare parts for the needs of the process industry, and our objective is to help customers find the best possible spare parts for their needs. We aim to deliver all the spare parts the customer needs, regardless of whether their manufacturers have local representatives.

COMPANY MILESTONES
1984
Rauma-Repola Oy establishes MM Maschinen und Metalle GmbH in Düsseldorf to serve the needs of Rauma-Repola and its partners by importing components and equipment directly from elsewhere in Europe, bypassing local distribution channels.
1989
The name of the company changes to “Rauma Handel GmbH”.
1992
Exports to Asia commence.
1995
Private investors buy the company from Rauma Oy.
1996
The name of the company changes to “Rautic GmbH”.
1997
Rautic Oy is established.
2009
The company celebrates its 25th anniversary.
2014
The company celebrates its 30th anniversary and new owners step in.
2016
Rautic moves to new premises.
